Tonights PiYo is a special request!
One of my first, and oldest yoga students Fred Clifford, a wonderful friend and Grandfather, found out back in 2018 that his Grandson Gordon, was in a ski accident and had a traumatic brain injury.
The video below is Gordon’s story of a long journey to recovery, that is still on going today. This video created by Gordon is his way of giving back to the many people who helped him get his life back. Gordon would like to help other children recover from traumatic brain injuries. As you can imagine the cost’s are formidable. Please check out the link below and if you are so moved donate what you can, or pass the link along. True to Gordon being Gordon he is doing this to help others.
