Hi Folks,
I’m off the the beach by way of Costa Rica,,,, far out,,, is it really true? Yep,, the fates willing!
But first, three classes this week: Monday & Wednesday 8:00 am
Tuesday 7:00 am (yes thats true)
**** Then the next class won’t be till March 25 Monday 8:00 am!!!!

Their is still room to tent on my Yoga Retreat in Taos April 26 – 29 at CasaTaos.com, Retreat Center. All the lodge rooms have filled up. (Maybe next a Costa Rica Retreat)
