Due to the current situation I am reorganizing group PiYo for the next two weeks. I would like to keep classes to one or two people.
That said I am offering Private and Semi Private classes at what ever donation works for you, to those who are interested.
My work schedule with Hospice has opened up due to facility closures, I have many daytime slots available as well as early evening.
My Yoga Studio has been throughly cleaned, mats and bolsters washed, (bring your own mat if possible) handles swiped often, plenty of soap and water available.
Keep practicing at home, let me know if you are interested in a class with one or two people. Tuesday and Thursday classes are still available at 5:30 pm.
