I have no fear.  What is in store for me
Shall find me ready for it, undismayed.

I will not pass through the world as
a captive might, …

a conqueror should, 
Breaking the chains of circumstance, 
shaping mine ends… yea, wresting the good
Out of mine ultimate worst: flung down 
but to rise again – Reckless of failure, and
trampling the terrible odds, I will 
sing of triumph to come… Yet will I
march into day through the walls of night…
Fronting  a routed universe, battle-scarred, 
Colors flying, unsoiled of defeat or shame.
