PiYo is tomorrow Thursday 7/31 at 8:00 am!!! (Sorry for the late notice)

Then I will be off again, and , my next PiYo offering will be on August 11 & 14 at 8:00 am. ( Going to catch a Cub Game). So no PiYo next week.
