Holiday PiYo And This Week: Yes, having PiYo on Monday & Thursday this week at 8:00 am.
* Please note the week of September 7 there will be no PiYo Classes as I am headed to canyon country to canoe the Green River near Turks Head, close to Moab Utah, see photos below. I signed on with E8Yoga for a Wilderness, Canoe and Yoga Retreat. Time to retreat with good folks and restore the inner spirit.
